  • In-stock items ship same day if ordered by 2pm PST Monday-Friday. If your product is backordered, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number when it is back in stock and ready to be shipped to you.
  • Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Our shipments do not require a signature for delivery.
  • You can track and manage your FedEx deliveries online through FedEx’s Delivery Manager. You can provide personalized delivery instructions, choose delivery times and dates, and hold a package.

WE OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR UNOPENED/UNUSED ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

You can return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must unopened/unused and in original packaging.
  • Please include a copy of the original receipt and/or order number.
  • The customer must pay for return shipping.

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact at sales@saniluxbrands.com and we will either replace the item or refund to the original payment method. We may ask for a photo of the item or for the item to be returned to us (we will pay for shipping and will send you a pre-paid label).
