What is your return policy?
We offer returns or exchanges for unopened/unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must unopened/unused and in original packaging.
- Please include a copy of the original receipt and/or order number.
- The customer must pay for return shipping.
What about damaged or defective items?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either replace the item or refund to the original payment method. We may ask for a photo of the item or for the item to be returned to us (we will pay for shipping and will send you a pre-paid label).
